Our Story

My name is Amanda. I have been baking since I was a young girl and have always found joy in sharing delicious treats. While my career path led me to the medical field, I find I am happiest in the kitchen. After years of people saying “you should open a bakery”, I finally did in January 2025. Starting out small, my cottage bakery is named after my beloved miniature schnauzer, Frankie. His charm and big personality has given him the title of CEO.

My specialty is the French macaron. I taught myself how to make these challenging and delicate confections a few years ago when I had time between jobs. The preciseness and complexity of the macaron makes it very satisfying to make. My customers rave about them and say they are the best they have had, even from France. You will have to see yourself! I still enjoy baking other things like cakes, cupcakes ,cookies, and sourdough bread and you can find these on my website as well! I have made many people happy with my baked goods and I hope I can bring you joy too!

Frankie Mac macarons are made with intricate thought and care. Each batch is filled with made from scratch buttercream, jams, and ganaches and boxed beautifully.

Every macaron is assembled and checked for quality before passing on to the customer. The experience of eating a macaron should be beautiful, delicious, and luxurious!
